Located in George Town within the Cayman Islands National Museum complex, the Old Gaol (Jail) is a historic stone-built structure dating back to the 18th and 19th centuries. Over time, it has served as a jail, leper house, and King’s Warehouse, and today it stands as an archaeological site.
